KAH | REFUND POLICY

We will give a full refund if the product is damaged or faulty. All reports have to be made within two weeks of receiving the work. 
For custom orders where a 50% deposit has been made, we will refund if the work has not begun production. However if production has begun then we cannot refund the 50%.
