ILANEL | REFUND POLICY
- Fixtures manufactured by ILANEL are guaranteed against mechanical and electrical defects for a period of two (2) years from date of shipment or billing invoice, whichever is later.
- All finishes, with the exception of unfinished or non- sealed natural ageing finishes, are guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment or billing invoice, whichever is later, providing the finish has been properly maintained.
- ILANEL’s guarantee is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product, excluding, but not limited to electrician’s fees, mileage, equipment rental, labor, packaging and freight.
- All claims must be authorised by ILANEL and defective products will be repaired or replaced at ILANEL’s discretion, only after a claim and subsequent factory authorisation have been acknowledged in writing.
Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty (other than any fault that was clearly communicated to you, or which ought to have been revealed by an examination of the product, at the time of purchase), wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or does not do what they are supposed to do.
Unfortunately we do not give refunds for change of mind, so please select carefully.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on goods ordered to your specification (such as custom made pieces, custom colour choices etc).
You are required to inspect your products when you take delivery of them. You are required to note any damage or missing items and notify us within seven 7 calendar days of delivery. We will not be liable for any missing items or damage to any of the products unless we are notified within the specified time period.
