Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty (other than any fault that was clearly communicated to you, or which ought to have been revealed by an examination of the product, at the time of purchase), wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or does not do what they are supposed to do.
Unfortunately we do not give refunds for change of mind, so please select carefully.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on goods ordered to your specification (such as custom made pieces, custom colour choices etc).
You are required to inspect your products when you take delivery of them. You are required to note any damage or missing items and notify us within seven 7 calendar days of delivery. We will not be liable for any missing items or damage to any of the products unless we are notified within the specified time period.
